Role and Responsibilities:

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving new sales and revenue for assigned regional divisions, including all aspects of building relationships with prospective and current customers, and supporting the retention of current customers.

  • Meet the sales and company goals established by Company leadership
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, through attending lunch meetings, CAI/CACM events and other industry related events, as needed and within approved budget
  • Develop strategies to increase market share with new and existing clients
  • Collect, review and consolidate sales, account and job data, which is to be entered into the sales database
  • Review and fully understand sales opportunities (contract, scope of work, special requirements).  Oversee the bid estimating process in its entirety, including the coordination of job estimating with Branch Manager, Regional VP of Operations and/or VP of Technical Operations
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and VP of Customer Experience on all bids
  • Responsible for proposal preparation, delivery and follow up
  • Lead sales presentations as needed for potential new accounts
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager and new customers to complete the contract process prior to start date
  • Contribute to new customer Onboarding, including many aspects of internal job preparation and customer communications/meetings
  • Regularly update Branch Managers, VP of Customer Experience and others about relevant available opportunities, business development issues and captured business
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner when representing the Company and adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Meeting regional sales goals each year
  • Managing client services and development expenses within approved budget
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism and business acumen, while promoting company goals and core values

Job Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years experience in the Landscape Maintenance (or related) industry
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment
  • Estimating and proposal experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to attend marketing, industry and client events outside of regular work hours
