Account Manager

Role and Responsibilities: 

An Account Manager is a leadership position responsible for administering and managing a diverse portfolio of customers. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager. 

  • Primary interface with customers, with management responsibilities for making decisions and executing agreements
  • Manage budgets, oversee existing customer accounts and new customer acquisitions for landscaping contracts
  • Organize people and processes including, but not limited to, hiring, training, overseeing, and monitoring the quality of work provided by field staff
  • Identify enhancement needs and opportunities; develop cost estimates and proposals
  • Manage punch lists and schedule services to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations
  • Attend board meetings and other customer-related events, occasionally outside of regular work hours
  • Meet the sales and company goals established by Company leadership
